1. Definitions

• "We / Us / Our / Banya Rak" — the family law practice operating from 58 Thanon Ratchadamnoen Klang, Bowon Niwet, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 10200, Thailand.
• "You / User" — any person who accesses this website or contacts us to enquire about or engage our services.
• "Services" — the family law consultations and support services described on this website, including the Initial Family Meeting, Parenting & Arrangement Guidance, and Full Family Matter Support.
• "Website" — the website at banyarak.blog and all associated pages.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with any engagement letter or written scope agreement entered into between you and Banya Rak.

3. Services description

Banya Rak provides family law consultations and related support services in Bangkok, Thailand. Services are available to individuals dealing with family law matters under Thai jurisdiction. We reserve the right to decline to take on any matter at our discretion.

The information on this website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. A formal legal relationship is established only when a written engagement is agreed between you and Banya Rak.

4. User responsibilities

When using this website or engaging our services, you agree to:

5. Payment terms

Fees for our services are as listed on this website or as agreed in writing before work begins. All fees are stated in Thai baht (THB). Payment is due as specified in your engagement agreement. For more complex matters, the scope and fee are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Fees for the Initial Family Meeting (฿2,600) are payable at or before the time of the meeting. Any change to agreed fees will be discussed with you in advance and requires your written agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, and layout, is the property of Banya Rak or its licensors. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used in other contexts without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Legal proceedings involve factors outside our control, and the outcome of any matter depends on the specific circumstances involved.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing reasonable written notice. Where work has already been carried out, fees for completed work remain payable. We reserve the right to terminate an engagement where a conflict of interest arises or where it is no longer appropriate to continue.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
