Every family situation is different, and we do not apply a fixed script to the work. Instead, each matter begins with understanding what has happened, what the person is hoping for, and what the realistic options are under Thai law.
From there, we move at the client's pace. Some people need only the initial meeting. Others find it helpful to have guidance on a specific aspect of their situation. A smaller number need sustained support across a more complex process. All three paths are available here — and the decision about which is right always rests with the client.
Fees are confirmed before any work begins. For ongoing matters, the scope is agreed in writing. Updates are provided regularly, and we remain accessible to questions throughout.
